2. Compare two amounts
Try an invented payment amount and read the allocation. Change the amount and compare the resulting shares.
3. Share the setup
Select “Create reusable link” or “Get embed code”. Share the categories, percentages and currency so each reader can enter their own amount.
What the link includes
A shared setup contains category names, percentages and currency. It excludes the payment amount. Anyone with the link can read its settings, so use general category names and explain this before sharing.
Can I see what a reader enters?
No. Calculations run in the reader’s browser. Payment amounts and results are not reported to you or Cascade.
Do I need an app or account?
No. The calculator, reusable links and embeds are free browser tools. Cascade is an optional iPhone and iPad app; using the website does not require installing it.
Does a shared setup import into the app?
Recreating a web split in Cascade is manual. Automatic import is not implemented.
